Embosser - Hexagon Botanical Initials

The embosser is good quality at a good price, only issue i had was the shipping, paid for 2-day and it took longer then that after the 3-5 day production time. Over all, worth the purchase.

Ordered a custom embosser. The customer service was great, the ensured I was happy with the design and double checked specifics before sending to production. The product arrived quickly after that and came out exactly as the design. The tool itself is also strong and sturdy, not some cheap plastic. Looks and feels built to last.

The item was very high quality and matched the description of the listing. It was also very well packaged and the item works perfectly as described.

I could not recommend working with Ladd enough! They provided quick responses, accurate mock-ups and friendly service. I even received my stamp and embosser earlier than expected. I was able to use it on our wedding envelopes and plan on using it for our cocktail napkins at the reception (a labour of love!). I love that I have something to add a custom touch forever now.
