The shipping provider kept sending the customs form to the wrong email address. They called once - which I missed, and when I tried to call the number back multiple times, no answer.
Registered on their website to trace the delivery but they wouldn’t provide any info. It did however show that they tried to contact me on a daily basis.
I saw these contacts in the end as they sent to my correct email address in the same thread.
I also checked the email address they DID send to - wasn’t valid and resulted in a bounce back email message. Didn’t stop them trying every day.
Ultimately the package arrived later than if I hadn’t shelled out extra money for express. Good times.
