Deedee was so helpful and patient with me as we created the perfect embosser for my friends wedding gift. I was able to ask for changes easily and she created many proofs for me to see before having to make a decision. Responded in a timely manner. I chose to use two different fonts- one script and one bold font. The bold font embosses more prominently that the script font. Both still emboss very well though. I got the embosser set which also included a nice bag. Would get myself one from here just for the customer service!
