The embosser is even more petite than I was expecting, which is great!
It works well, and leaves a wonderfully crisp impression in paper - superb!

We also had some mishaps with delivery and Ladd were incredibly supportive in rectifying the problems - very friendly and understanding customer service. They are terrific :)
