Second time customer, both times for a return address stamp. Both times the stamp has been great, and the customer service has been great!

EXCEPTIONAL!

I'm so very pleased with this company! (And especially thrilled I found them after a poor experience with a previous company.) From THE very beginning, Ladd's customer service in answering my questions before placing an order, to verifying via email that what I was looking for was indeed something they could do, to maintaining communication throughout every step was EXCELLENT!! And the embossing tool was PERFECT! Just as described, exactlywhat I ordered and worked beautifully! The 2-inch diameter option plus the quality of Ladd tools makes all the difference between their product and that of other shops. If you're looking for an embossing tool that works beautifully and detail oriented, friendly, helpful and personal customer service you've come to the right place!
