I was not expecting it to be this good. I have been hunting for a custom made wax stamp. Not only was this the cheapest one I could find, but it ended up being incredible!! — I am really happy with this product and I love using it.
I will add this to all my reviews because it’s worth noting: Kristie provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced with an online order. Being from London, I find it risky to trust overseas websites. However, Kristie reached out to me on WhatsApp, assisted me with my designs, offered valuable advice, and was incredibly supportive. I could tell how friendly this company was and I’m looking forward to order more things from here when my new series of work develops. Great products and great company.

I am so happy with this stamp! It’s exactly as I envisioned it! They were so helpful and suggested a small tweak in the design as some of the lettering would be too small to come out clearly and it was perfect. Free shipping from Canada to the US with my purchase and it went quite smoothly. I will definitely order again! Thank you!

Absolutely stunned by the seal. It's perfect. Ladd was very communicative and it arrived really quickly.
When our seal arrived, it turned out not to be quite right according to the mockups we were sent. However, when we contacted Ladd and asked if it could be fixed, they sent us a new seal which was just right. Excellent handling, would buy from Ladd again!

Ladd Stamps was able to turn around a stamp for us very quickly, and the quality is amazing!!
Wax sticks worked well, could be longer though, certain glue guns don't let you push the sticks all the way, if you are down to the last one you have to use a pen or pencil to push the wax all the way through, otherwise we are happy with the results.
It was beyond my expectations. Great quality.
