While the actual embosser itself is stunning and easy to use, I am so impressed with the team at Ladd! I ordered just before Christmas, expecting it to arrive after the holiday as I missed the cutoff for it to arrive sooner, but it came before thanks to the team’s extra efforts. Customer service is wonderful and I appreciate them so much! Will definitely be buying from again!
