Ladd Stamps is a model for how a good business works. I first ordered an embosser with return address plate as a gift for a friend. The plate was made exactly as I requested, but, because I am inexperienced with graphic design, I didn’t expect the letters to be so close to the edges when used with round metallic seals. Kerstie at Ladd Stamps worked with me through several different possibilities, sending me a number of images for my consideration. Had I been in her place, I would have lost patience with me! Instead, Kerstie was lovely to work with throughout the process: patient and professional and kind. Yesterday I received the revised plate (at no extra charge to me), and it is perfect!
