Ordering on Ladd's website was super easy and I received my mockup quickly. I'm grateful that Miri reached out shortly after receiving my submission, recommending font size changes to make my custom image more legible. The proof sent was large and looked great, but when I received the 1.6" diameter embosser, the print was still difficult to read. My bad for not really knowing what I was doing, but I wish their customer service would have recommended I order a larger embosser. I would order from them again, especiallly now that I know what I'm doing!

Ladd stamps was everything I was hoping for in my hunt for this unique gift. I could not have been more happy. I was able to make a custom design, they were able to provide proofs by email, they allowed me to edit my design after seeing the proof and production was even faster than I anticipated! I was even able to pick up myself to avoid stress of mailing issues. I was also surprised at how nicely the product was boxed up. It was a perfect gift and my niece was so happy. The embosser is the perfect size and works so well. I'll definitely recommend to friends and look to shop here again.
