Superb customer service, very responsive and accommodating. Product quality is amazing. Packaging is very professional and high end - came with both cloth and leather pouches. I needed this as a return address stamp for my wedding invites and asked for it to be shipped ASAP. Laddstamp was very responsive and accommodating - despite problems with USPS delays during the holiday season, laddstamp was able to follow up with me to ensure I am kept in the loop the whole proceeds.
