Product is exactly as described. Packaging is excellent. I was so impressed, I returned to the site and ordered the matching custom stamp! Thank you.
If you are looking to elevate your brand, you need to get this tool! It is such a beautiful and cost-effective way to show off your logo and your brand. Kerstie was very helpful ensuring my logo fit properly and was legible on the embossing plate. Will definitely order more designs!
Excellent customer service with a fabulous product!
These pictures are primary uses of the stamps, but I can see that they will be perfect!
My wife was excited when she thought I just got custom stickers after immediately focusing in on (and desperately attempting to save) the complimentary one I placed on the gift bag.
It goes without saying that the actual embosser and blank stickers sent her to the moon.
Initial excitement and testing on a book was followed immediately by the highest compliment - frantic pictures to every group chat in existence.
I can genuinely say that Ladd stamps's customization options are what pushed this gift to the next level.
I couldn't find anyone else doing this much customization and their prices were equal to or lower than less customizable more "glorified clip arty" looking designs.
Specifically, I asked if I could combine the text style from one of their premade options with art I provided and they were more than happy to accommodate and mock up multiple proofs.
This meant I was able to use an image that was special and reconizable to her. The stickers were custom enough to immediately illicit a "where did you get these?!?!" after just a glance at the one on the gift bag.
Kerstie and the team were fantastic to work with - providing quick responses and proofs to my emailed questions along with rapid production and shipping.
I've never purchased (or even used) an embosser before but after a couple of false starts it is consistently leaving sharp, clear designs.
Thank you for all the help and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for custom products.

Great design review process, solid product execution. Will be back
Overall, the product turned out great! Make sure you buy the actual holder if you buy the clip I made the mistake, but the seller was extremely helpful to bundle it together and I’ll also love that I was able to see an example before moving forward. Thank you so much!
Amazing product and amazing customer service! I purchased the 1.6" custom logo embosser to use on our wedding envelopes and napkins, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! Miri provided renders before production and was incredibly patient and helpful while I made revisions to the monogram design. The final raised impression is an exact match to the renders! The packaging was fantastic, and the embosser itself is high quality and feels very durable. So far, I’ve used it on 300 napkins and 50 envelopes, and it has performed beautifully every time. I’m so impressed with both the product and the customer service. Highly recommend!
Highly impressed with this embosser. It arrived quickly, in beautiful packaging. The quality is outstanding! It is exactly what we were looking for.
Amazing, better than expected, would buy again.
I had another embosser done by another company, and it was poorly made. The embosser from Ladd was perfect! The customer service was great. It was like opening a Christmas present. Everything was packaged neatly and there so many little touches added - gold and silver seals included, case, etc. I wish I had more things I need to be embossed. I highly recommend Ladd.
Turned out great! Our design was detailed, and the stamp looked great. Would buy again!
Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this item for the cost and the great customer service!
