From the time I first saw the website, I had a feeling that Ladd Stamps is a company putting their heart into what they do. I thought the website was stylish with a soft touch that made me feel comfortable and welcome. The ordering process was simple and they were attentive throughout so it was nice. When I received the stamp, it was just what I expected. I know that doesn't sound like much but like I said, I had a great first impression and a first-class ordering experience so I fully expected a product that is just as above and beyond. What I received was just that. A well thought out and cared for product, in a beautiful package with lots of caring tags to show me they believe in what they're doing. The bag is a nice touch to keep everything organized. The stamp is compact and easy to use and I love how the mold fits right into the back. The seals I ordered were just right and they even included a couple examples of what they look like after being stamped with my custom embosser. I couldn't be happy with my decision to go with this company. They're just the type of company that I enjoy working with and feel good about sharing my money with.
