My wife was excited when she thought I just got custom stickers after immediately focusing in on (and desperately attempting to save) the complimentary one I placed on the gift bag.
It goes without saying that the actual embosser and blank stickers sent her to the moon.
Initial excitement and testing on a book was followed immediately by the highest compliment - frantic pictures to every group chat in existence.
I can genuinely say that Ladd stamps's customization options are what pushed this gift to the next level.
I couldn't find anyone else doing this much customization and their prices were equal to or lower than less customizable more "glorified clip arty" looking designs.
Specifically, I asked if I could combine the text style from one of their premade options with art I provided and they were more than happy to accommodate and mock up multiple proofs.
This meant I was able to use an image that was special and reconizable to her. The stickers were custom enough to immediately illicit a "where did you get these?!?!" after just a glance at the one on the gift bag.
Kerstie and the team were fantastic to work with - providing quick responses and proofs to my emailed questions along with rapid production and shipping.
I've never purchased (or even used) an embosser before but after a couple of false starts it is consistently leaving sharp, clear designs.

Absolutely love my embosser! Not only is the quality great, but the ability to switch out stamps is also an awesome feature. My custom design initially had some text sizing issues which Ladd Stamps reached out about and even gave an example of what text size would be required for my design to work. It took me some time to figure out where to go with the design and Ladd Stamps was very patient the entire time. Once I finally got back to them with the third design iteration they got right to work. It didn’t take long before they shared a design proof with me and got going on making the stamp itself. I would give this 5 stars except the embosser sometimes leaves a ring around the logo that it embosses. It's great otherwise and I'm very happy with it!
