Absolutely loved it
When it finally arrived it was perfect. Looked identical from the preview they sent before making it. I ordered this for my wife so she could use it on all her books because her library is filling up fast. I originally ordered this and paid the express shipping fee to have it before Valentine’s Day. That unfortunately did not happen because ups lost my package. But Ladd stamps did everything they could to help track the lost package and made me a new embosser after ups said I’m the original was lost. Overall I am very happy with the product and Costumer service and will definitely be ordering more in the future.
