Gonna be honest I LOVE my embosser...
I'm really happy with it! There was a flaw in my design and the team reached out early on with a revised mockup, and got the embosser to me within a week. I have been super happy with the quality and have been using it a bunch.

I went for “wild and free” and this purple is so unique it changes under different lights. It’s so rich in colour, classy and professional! I absolutely love, and I am definitely getting more colours from here!!

I have been using this wax melting kit all the time, and I really adore how the size helps ensure the right amount of wax fits. — to my surprise, the kit melts the wax quite quickly and effortlessly. Not only is it visually stunning, but it is also excellent!

I absolutely love my custom journal. I’ve taken it with me on all my travels and has become an essential part of my holistic wellness richual. I also appreciate the pen holder so you’re never without a writing tool and the fact that you can replace the inner sheet and keep the outer leather cover forever! I know it will become more beautiful as it ages and feels like great quality.
The book embosser was well received by the recipient, and everything appeared to be exactly as ordered, thank you! Offered in the spirit of constructive feedback, the only minor criticism I would mention was the handwriting on the card. If the handwriting is not consistently neat, it may be preferable to use computer-printed note cards to maintain a polished presentation. With that aside, I am very satisfied and will be a returning customer!
This was my second time ordering with Ladd Stamps and once again they delivered! This time around I made custom stamps and they were super helpful in email correspondences making sure the design would work and come out well. I had to make font size adjustments and their notes were clear enough that I was able to make the edits once and they were good to go. They came in a timely manner and wow I was giddy with excitement in how they turned out!
My friend and I love our embossers. They are so neat and satisfying to use. The proof first look was a wonderful tool to help decide.
