I got this for my friend's birthday and she loved it! Both she and I loved that it was personalized with her birth year and her birth month flower. They emailed me a proof of the embosser design the day after I ordered, which looked perfect, and it was shipped the day after that! Ladd Stamps is my go-to for embossers. This is the third embosser I have bought from them! I have limited grip strength due to arthritis and the embosser tool is easy to use, I don't have to press or squeeze too hard to get a nice stamp. This is why I prefer Ladd's embossers; I have one from another company that is a lot harder for me to get a nice stamp with.
I paid to have it gift wrapped and it was done beautifully with a wax seal (see photos)!

Absolutely love my embosser! Not only is the quality great, but the ability to switch out stamps is also an awesome feature. My custom design initially had some text sizing issues which Ladd Stamps reached out about and even gave an example of what text size would be required for my design to work. It took me some time to figure out where to go with the design and Ladd Stamps was very patient the entire time. Once I finally got back to them with the third design iteration they got right to work. It didn’t take long before they shared a design proof with me and got going on making the stamp itself. I love Ladd Stamps. I previously ordered an embosser for my wedding invitations and then ordered a stamp with the same logo to use for wedding stationary and party favors. They check for approval before making and ships fairly quickly. I will be ordering from them again!
