I've never had an embosser before but was so excited when I discovered I could design my own custom look for it. After I submitted my artwork, Ladd was quick on turnaround and the embosser was delivered promptly. I'm having a lot of fun with it and plan to order another design clip ASAP. Definitely recommended!

I don't usually write reviews but I really had a great experience with the team and product. They were so nice about design edits I had, worked super fast and had great communication overall. It came in a cute package with the note hand written and a few stickers to see what it looks like!

The embosser is like it is described on the website. I would give a sixth star if I could for the lovely customer service, taking care of the order personally. There was some weird stuff going on with my mail so they contacted me again and verified everything! Super lovely product, I love it! Perfect add on for my growing library <3
