I was very pleased with the embosserJ ordered as a gift and was extremely pleased with customer service. I sent several questions and received prompt answers. I will definitely use Ladd Stamps again in the future. Highly recommended company.

There was a miscommunication in the design on both parties part and I messaged the seller individually about it. They offered a 15% discount on ordering it again, but I personally was hoping for a higher discount given the miscommunication was on both parties and now the plate is not usable. If I order again, I will likely order from a different business. However, the plate that arrived did work.
