Ladd Stamps were fantastic to work with. When I got my proof I realized I chose the wrong design for the recipient but they were very gracious and sent me some alternate proofs. The packaging and presentation are great - perfect for gifting!

Ordered the 11th, received by the 20th. Haven’t used yet, but seems sturdy. Includes storage case. You are able to approve proof before final product. So far I really like!
