Proof was sent within 24 hours and after reviewing the proof I wasn’t sold on the original design I picked so I asked for a different custom design. The customer service was excellent and they sent me my updated design and I loved it way more. The custom embosser arrived exactly as approved it and came with some proof stickers. This was a gift, but the receiver is a big book person who loves to lend his books out to friends so he was overjoyed with the embosser and design. The main reason I chose Ladd over others is that the abundance of custom designs so you can purchase additional custom inserts and use the same embosser. This was my safety net in case my gift receiver would have preferred a different design. Overall, really happy with my purchase, the customer service, and I’ll be purchasing again!
