After placing my order, I received an email that said, “Please message me with any revisions. Once approved, it will be sent to production and shipped as soon as possible.” I had no revisions, so I didn’t respond. I got another email the next day asking if I had any revisions. How redundant. It wasted a whole day. It took fourteen days since I placed my order to receive it. A simple change in wording would’ve saved me that.
Also, the stamp doesn’t even fit in the box it came in and the lid doesn’t seal.
Sloppy, sloppy service. Get your stationery elsewhere. I’ve had better experiences with everyone else.
