I got my product within a reasonable time considering international shipping. Came with proof of quality on paper and foil stickers/seals. I got it as a gift for someone who will be very excited to see it. Email response was fast once my order was recieved and they wanted to double check that everything was how I wanted before shipping out. Absolutely love my embosser! Not only is the quality great, but the ability to switch out stamps is also an awesome feature. My custom design initially had some text sizing issues which Ladd Stamps reached out about and even gave an example of what text size would be required for my design to work. It took me some time to figure out where to go with the design and Ladd Stamps was very patient the entire time. Once I finally got back to them with the third design iteration they got right to work. It didn’t take long before they shared a design proof with me and got going on making the stamp itself. The shipping times, however, are too long, and the tracking could be improved. For example, it would be helpful to know the closest sorting point to the destination so I could contact them and, in an emergency (like mine), be able to pick up the package without having to wait an additional three days for the postman, as was the case in my case.
It would also be helpful to know the amount of customs fees, which were a surprise for me to pay the postman upon delivery.
