I was very pleased with the embosserJ ordered as a gift and was extremely pleased with customer service. I sent several questions and received prompt answers. I will definitely use Ladd Stamps again in the future. Highly recommended company.
Easy to work with. High quality.
There was a miscommunication in the design on both parties part and I messaged the seller individually about it. They offered a 15% discount on ordering it again, but I personally was hoping for a higher discount given the miscommunication was on both parties and now the plate is not usable. If I order again, I will likely order from a different business. However, the plate that arrived did work.
I love this embosser so much!
Beautiful, high-quality embosser. Seller was wonderful and very timely in answering questions. Product arrived quickly and was professionally wrapped and shipped. I will definitely shop with this merchant again!

Can not say enough about this company. Had a problem with the device, emailed the company, their response was wonderful! They sent me a whole new device--works wonderfully--and fast mailed it to me so I could give as a gift. Highly recommend this company! They definitely have support!
What a great way to personalize my Save the Dates & Wedding Invitations! The embosser added a touch of elegance. My fiance and I got multiple compliments from people who were so impressed by the embossed sticker. Thank you so much Ladd Designs! Your quality of work and customer service were excellent!

The quality of this is absolutely incredible. I am SO happy with how my envelopes are turning out. And it shipped so fast, AND FABULOUS customer service.
Extremely happy with my custom embosser. I was a little picky and so they sent several (I believe 8) proofs until it was exactly what I wanted. They truly were easy to work with and went out of their way to create the perfect stamp!
After a disasterous experience with Simply Stamps ... Ladd Stamps exceeded my expectations! Wonderful customer service and a quality product!!!!
