Beautiful product, fantastic quality. Most importantly, I cannot rave enough about the great customer service! My package originally didn't show up at my door despite the delivered receipt from the post office. I contacted the seller and they immediately offered to report it missing and send me a replacement for free! Thankfully, the original showed up a few days later, but their willingness to work with me did not go unnoticed and was so appreciated. Thanks again!

So cool and packaged beautifully. I love how the embosser stores so nicely. The gold stickers were a nice special bonus. My sister-in-law loved it!

I wanted an embosser with completely customized wording "E Bibliotheca Raiceae Familiae 20-07-11" to give my fiancé for Christmas. Kerstie not only answered my questions quickly, but mocked up an example of what the embosser would look like before I had even placed an official order with them. They even waited for approval for the design to ensure it was exactly what I had envisioned, which it was.

Shipping was extremely fast and the embosser came so beautifully packaged (bubble wrapped, in a little bag with a protective case, plus samples of their other products in a small envelope tucked into the front) that I'm tempted to just wrap the box and give it to him as is! If we order additional embosser pads in the future, they will always be purchased from ladd designs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
