I've never had an embosser before but was so excited when I discovered I could design my own custom look for it. After I submitted my artwork, Ladd was quick on turnaround and the embosser was delivered promptly. I'm having a lot of fun with it and plan to order another design clip ASAP. Definitely recommended!
