Excellent customer service at Ladd
The seller was patient with the changes to the design, and ensured the end result was what I was looking for. Really beautiful! I haven’t used the embosser yet, as it’s a gift, but the sample that accompanied the embosser looks fantastic!
Bought as a gift. Hasn't been given yet, but its beautifully packaged and the embossed labels are perfect.
Quick responses, enjoyed the final product!
Fantastic ! This was a gift for my daughter and she is delighted to stamp all her books in her library. The company was super responsive to getting another embosser sent out since the first one got lost in the mail. They were wonderful.
So good.
I loved it! It was bought as a gift for someone that loves books - I’m confident that she’ll love it too. Great quality and service. I will be getting more at Christmas.
I got one as a present for my girlfriend. I’d never seen her so excited to take every book off the shelf to emboss it. 200+ books and the lettering is still sharp.
Exactly what I expected!
super cute!!! good quality and makes the perfect personalized gift!
Love this, would recommend! Thank you!
Super quick service and postage!
The stamp I ordered was easy to order, came in a very timely manner and is just beautiful. I was kept informed of the order status through the whole process. It is just a beautiful stamp.
exactly what i ordered!! so beautiful in person!! got as a gift for a friend and she loved it
Recipient really appreciated the thoughtful gift. Was actually my 2nd attempt to purchase an embosser. First one through TikTok shop was a scam. Ladd Stamps was great. Clear communication, confirmed design, and provided accurate delivery timeline. Much appreciated. Likely to buy another one for myself.
The stamp is great quality as well as the customer service, super helpful
Ordered this before Christmas as a gift for my girlfriend. It was never delivered. I expected better.
