I got this for my friend's birthday and she loved it! Both she and I loved that it was personalized with her birth year and her birth month flower. They emailed me a proof of the embosser design the day after I ordered, which looked perfect, and it was shipped the day after that! Ladd Stamps is my go-to for embossers. This is the third embosser I have bought from them! I have limited grip strength due to arthritis and the embosser tool is easy to use, I don't have to press or squeeze too hard to get a nice stamp. This is why I prefer Ladd's embossers; I have one from another company that is a lot harder for me to get a nice stamp with.
I paid to have it gift wrapped and it was done beautifully with a wax seal (see photos)!
I reached out to customer service to see about having a custom flower design to match my girlfriend's favorite type of lily (dragon lily). They responded in under an hour with a very personal and thoughtful message, then worked up a proof for me to review (thank you, Miri and Bea!). My order was processed the next day and delivered within a week. Truly could not have asked for a better experience, and the final product is beautiful -- as was the gift wrapping! Everything from start to finish was top notch. If you're debating whether or not to order from Ladd Stamps, I'm here to say go for it. You won't be disappointed.

The embosser prints a crisp emblem on book pages! Very high detail. The customer service is equally as great! They responded promptly to my emails and even covered the shipping cost to ensure the embosser I ordered arrived before Christmas. My girlfriend loves it!!!

If I add the the stickers to my order are they just plain stickers or do they have the same image as the embosser?

How many letters would you say is too many for the name line? Wondering if I should do First Middle Last which would be 26 (including spaces).
