Absolutely love my embosser! Not only is the quality great, but the ability to switch out stamps is also an awesome feature. My custom design initially had some text sizing issues which Ladd Stamps reached out about and even gave an example of what text size would be required for my design to work. It took me some time to figure out where to go with the design and Ladd Stamps was very patient the entire time. Once I finally got back to them with the third design iteration they got right to work. It didn’t take long before they shared a design proof with me and got going on making the stamp itself.
